Exclusive I Am number four Interviews

Hitting theaters this Friday, 18 February, I am number four brings together a diverse set of talent that with the name "Pittacus Lore," a--pseudonym for best-selling author James Frey and his writing partner on the original youth oriented science-fiction novel, Jobie Hughes begins. From there together producers Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg to deliver a film adaptation of the story, arriving via Eagle Eye and Disturbia Director D.J. Caruso with a scenario of "smallville" creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, along with "Buffy the Vampire Slayer ' writer Marti Noxon.

In the wake of a genocide against their homeworld, are nine young extraterrestrials (of the planet Lorien) hiding out on Earth, so far and so wide of each other to hide from a violent race of pursuers known as Mogadorians possible spread. Alex Pettyfer stars as four (currently under the name "John Smith"), that the life of a teenager rolling stone, constantly changing his identity under the care of his protector, Henri (Timothy Olyphant). Arrival in Small Ohio, John finds friendship in form of Sarah (Dianna Agron) and Sam (Callan McAuliffe) but his secrets to keep, even if he "Bequests," extra-normal powers unique to each of the original nine develops.

Caruso, Pettyfer, Agron, McAuliffie, Olyphant and Teresa Palmer (who stars as six), talked exclusively with ComingSoon.net to life with the world of I number-four am, the first chapter in what, if all goes well, is planned as a multi-part series.
