Set statues of contamination

Images from the latest production of Steven Soderbergh 's, infection have hit on the web, thanks to Laughing Squid and just Jared (via/Film).

Large-scale production is almost complete photography in a number of international locations and the final stage of the production is now taking place in San Francisco, where the shots below were taken.

The story of a deadly airborne virus, Contagion offers a slightly sci-fi take on the style of the thriller ensemble that Soderbergh in his Oscar winning traffic-used. The film stars Marion Cotillard, Matt Damon, Laurence Fishburne, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Winslet and Jude Law (which can be seen in the photos below).
